This year, we prefer digital forms of payment. Payment by credit card online is available for your convenience, and a transaction fee applies. We also accept payment by email money transfer at Email Supplemental Fees. It is not necessary to print a remittance form, but please be sure that when you send your payment it is clear for whom you are paying.
